You should get your eyes checked as frequently as your health care provider recommends it, or if you have any new vision problems. Eat a healthy, balanced diet 

Your diet should include plenitude of fruits and veggies, you can add deep unheroic and green vegetables. Eating fish rich in omega-3 which includes tuna, salmon and herring can help your eyes to see the stylish. 
 
Maintain a healthy weight 

Being fat or having rotundity increases your threat of developing diabetes. Having diabetes increases the threat of glaucoma.

1 Hold your thumb about 10 elevations from your face & focus on it for 15 seconds

Wear Defensive Eyewear 
To help eye injuries, you need eye protection spectacles when playing certain sports, working in jobs similar to plant work and construction, and doing repairs or systems in your home. 
 
Avoid Smoking 
Smoking can increase the threat of age-related conditions similar to macular degeneration and cataracts and can damage the optical jitters. 
 
Know your family medical history 
Some conditions are inherited, likewise, it's also the same with eye conditions. So it's important to find out whether anyone in your family has them. This can help you to know the threat of the complaint is it advanced or developing eye complaint
